T.E.M. Electric Co., Inc. was founded on January 1, 1999 and is a Minority Business Enterprise certified by the State of Kentucky, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the Louisville -Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District. The company is also certified as a MBE in the state of Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee and Indiana. We are certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Department. Also, the Small Business Administration certifies us as an 8A Small Disadvantaged Business and a Hub Zone Contractor. Tom Masterson is the owner and president, and is of Hispanic heritage. We intend to provide opportunities for minorities. We are capable of handling up to a five million dollar project or more, depending on size and scope. We will operate as a merit shop. Our offices are located in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky. We intend to operate in Lexington, Louisville, Ashland, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio areas.
